Recover
Staff — Rank C
Recover is a relatively uncommon staff and white magic spell in the Fire Emblem series. In most of its appearances, it is the most powerful recovery staff available and fully restores an adjacent target's HP. However, in Fire Emblem Fates and all games afterwards, it merely restores a very large amount of HP to the target, significantly more than the Mend staff.
