Takumi is a prince of Hoshido and a playable unit from Fire Emblem Fates (a Nintendo 3DS title), not one of the GBA series games (FE6, FE7, FE8). He is a skilled archer, often promoting to Sniper or Kinshi Knight, and wields the divine bow Fujin Yumi. Known for his complex personality, including insecurity and a strong sense of duty to his kingdom.
