Matthew is a Thief from Fire Emblem: The Blazing Blade (FE7). He serves as a spy for Ostia and is fiercely loyal to Lord Hector. Matthew is a fast and agile unit, essential for stealing valuable items from enemies and opening chests and doors. He is known for his witty and sarcastic personality, often using humor to mask deeper emotions. A significant part of his character arc revolves around his relationship with Leila, another spy, and his subsequent quest for revenge after her death. He can promote to an Assassin, gaining access to swords and the 'Silencer' skill.
