Chrom is the Prince of Ylisse and the leader of the Shepherds from Fire Emblem Awakening (a Nintendo 3DS title), not a GBA series game. He is a Lord-class unit who wields the legendary Falchion. Known for his strong sense of justice and dedication to his people, he is a central protagonist in the game, fighting to protect Ylisse from various threats.
